I am so excited to share the final celebration of 2020! Alistair & Katrina were married on New Years Eve in a beautiful celebration of life, family and love. Their wedding day was relaxed and joy-filled, and I loved every minute of it! We had blue skies and a brisk breeze for their day, and it felt like the sun was celebrating right alongside us all day long! After all, it took a lot to get to this past weekend.
Alistair & Katrina met in her final semester at Trinity Western and Alistair’s first semester – and in those three months their paths crossed thanks to a friend from Alistair’s hometown!! Because of this the majority of their relationship has been long distance. Although they’ve navigated through 3 years of long distance, following their wedding this will come to an end!! So excited for them to start their life together (in the same country!).
And, while their wedding day may not have been the large event they originally imagined, it was every bit as joy-filled, Christ centered and amazing as any celebration could be! After all, through everything, they were finally MARRIED!! Alistair & Katrina are so, so great together, and I am thrilled to share a peek into their beautiful celebration with you. Congratulations again, Alistair & Katrina — you’re officially husband and wife!
